CDs in jewel cases

The price includes glass-mastering and CD replication for orders of 500 units and above, with CDs packed in jewel cases, full colour CD booklet insert, full-colour double-sided tray cards and full-colour screen or offset on-disc printing.
Our jewel boxes are available with black or clear trays onto which the CD is clipped into place. Utilising a clear tray, the reverse of the traycard panel can be used for additional print and graphics, with the added benefit of the left hand section being visible when the case is closed. It’s possible to generate an instant CD jewel case quote opting from four page inserts right through to 32-page CD booklets.
We can provide the CD jewel case in a single or double album format. If you require a double jewel case version, choose other from the quantity options, and send us your requirements for an instant quote.

Super jewel case
The improvements include beautifully designed rounded tactile corners as compared to the standard jewel case. And a closer inspection reveals a host of further subtle design improvements.
This includes an intricately designed rear traycard print, which allows for printed spines on all four edges of the case. Left, right plus top and bottom of the case. Further improvements are noticed on the quality of plastic, and closing mechanism.
Super jewel cases definitely stand out from the standard jewel case, and are a talking point whenever they are seen for the first time.
Whilst a standard jewel case can hold up to a 32 page booklet, the super jewel case can hold a 48 page CD sized booklet.

The discs are supplied and ready packed into high quality 120 micron weight PVC wallets with a flap ensuring the discs are securely enveloped and contained.
If you require a printed insert with the discs, then a better and more cost effective option is to manufacture and print CDs or DVDs with card sleeves instead.

Rigid clam shells for CD & DVD
The closed translucent clam shell displays the entire disc and print on the disc whilst offering unrivalled protection to the disc.
The plastic used on the clam shells is more flexible than a jewel case, and therefore, less prone to damage if dropped, or sent in the post.
The clam shell is also known as a C shell case, and although we ship these as standard in milky clear cases, we do offer a variety of colour options.

Slim CD jewel case
Slim jewel cases are very similar to standard jewel cases, the main difference is there is no detachable tray, and the thickness of the case is about 5mm, compared to 10mm on the standard jewel case.
Whereas a standard jewel case hold a rear traycard print as well as a booklet in the front, the slim jewel cases hold just a CD booklet.
This booklet can be a simple 4 page insert, or can accommodate a 32 page CD booklet.
Slim jewel cases are available with black or clear trays.
The slim case can be used to hold CDs or DVD, select the options required in the quote form and create an instant price.
